On March 6, 2021, first responders were dispatched to the East Providence Yacht Club to search the water for Dennis “Mousey” Lonardo, Jr., who was reported missing the night before. Despite their efforts, he has yet to be recovered. His family remains determined to find answers and has retained the help of Attorney Jude Kerrison, managing attorney at Karns & Kerrison, regarding his disappearance.
Per WPRI, after Mr. Lonardo was reported missing March 5, the police reviewed surveillance tapes and found footage of him falling into the water at the East Providence Yacht Club. Reportedly, he lived alone on a boat in the pier.
The family of Mr. Lonardo thanked all rescue crews involved in the search from March 6 to 8, and they request the help of the public as they continue to look for their “beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather,” as reported by Patch.
Attorney Kerrison said in a statement that he has plans for “a swift recovery so that Mr. Lonardo's family can achieve some measure of closure during this extremely difficult time but, in the meantime, is aggressively investigating the circumstances of Mr. Lonardo's fall and all potentially responsible parties.”
